Adding Binding to Openhab Addons and Migration to Openhab3

Hi Patrick,

I'm trying to contact you regarding this binding you made. I think it would be good for the community (and me) to add your binding to the official Openhab addons repo and make sure it is running on the Openhab3 core.

I'm willing to put some work into it, and was wondering how (preferred process) would you see this happening. Especially since you started the work in your fork of the official repo and that nothing have been done since about 3 years ago.

If I receive no answer from you in a timely manner, I will simply do it myself based on the terrific work you already made and find a way to credit you.
