Consider adding functionality to quick-click copy links to headings on the site.

This is an enhancement suggestion based on the design system competitive analysis.
Clicking the link icon beside headings snaps you to a more specific URL (for example, https://www.patternfly.org/v4/components/action-list#props), but it would be useful if clicking the icon also copied the URL to the clipboard as well.
