Create demos for DataList

Demos include

• DataList - implement full page Basic demo to match HTML #8982
• Actionable
• Expandable
• DataList demo with Static bottom pagination #10247

If we add bottom pagination to basic demo, all core demos should be covered.

@gitdallas Hi. I think you are correct. We only need demos to match core. We are only missing static and pagination at this point I will comment on the PRs
