End Stone Smelter UI bugged

Hello! I'm playing with the All of Fabric 5 1.1.5 modpack (on MC 1.18.1) plus Better End, Better Nether, Eden Ring, Paradise Lost, Slotlink, Falling Tree, and Earth2java. We've had no real issues up until trying to use the End Stone Smelter. The UI is unusable.
Any help with this would be appreciated, otherwise I'm just reporting this weird bug. :D Thank you!

This is not Smelter GUI, looks like another mod breaks GUI rendering

You will need to find this mod manually and report issue to its tracker

I figured as much, but was hoping maybe by listing what I also had installed if I could be steered in the right direction.

This issue is not known, so you can only try to find conflicting mod manually
