bcx-test-user is defunct

I'm extended bcx to include calendar_events for projects. It was really easy! My tests won't pass, however, because the test user is no longer active. When I submit a pull request, the tests will be pointed at a new test user, but they will also be defunct within 60 days.

Probably you should include information on setting up a test user in the "How to contribute" section of the README.

It might also be helpful to specify how you like your VCR cassettes arranged. Having to feel that out it just time consuming. I'm well on my way though! Woo!
