v2 integration tests are failing pretty frequently due to what looks like a race condition. Example here: https://github.com/payjoin/rust-payjoin/actions/runs/11599704401/job/32298436270?pr=377

It seems to occur on nightly builds most of the time, and usually passes when simply re-running the job.
