How to set pickerAppearance in Admin UI for timestamps fields createdAt updatedAt ?

hi,

as mentioned here in docs https://payloadcms.com/docs/fields/date , this option is working for other date fields but i want to know how to enable this option for timestamp fields createdAt and updatedAt ?

i want to set following admin options to timestamps fields? my use case is to filter items based on hours

admin: {
   date: {
    pickerAppearance: "dayAndTime",
  },
}
