Beta docs deployment page dockerfile bleeds into table of contents

Documentation Issue

It seems the comments in the dockerfile on the beta production deployment page are finding their way into the TableOfContents component as headings. Unfortunately I'm not familiar enough with the website repo to make a PR for this.

Additional Details

The Docker Compose file with comments in it do not show up in the TableOfContents just below. I think it may be the tab spaces, or lack thereof, in the actual markup that are causing this issue. I may be wrong on that.
