E.g., see 2024 A0 Base. In the 1st case, the lower 95% CI is 136 but 150 in the 2nd case is above the lower 95% CI. I believe this is because the allocation is slightly different between the two cases. The 2nd case assigns surveys average dead catch from the last 5 years and then splits allocation by the average dead catch of the fleets over the last 5 years. I assume the 1st case is continuing dead allocation from 2023 across all fleets.
