- Gluten Free
- Baking sheet
- Large bowl or stand mixer
- Gluten Free Bisquick (1.75 cup)
- Salt (0.5 teaspoon)
- Baking Powder (0.5 teaspoon)
- Butter (5 tablespoons, cold)
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded (1 cup)
- Milk (1 cup)
- Roasted Garlic (To taste, up to 1 full head)
- In a large bowl, sift together Bisquick flour, salt, and baking powder
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add milk, cheddar, and garlic. Stir to combine.
- Preheat oven to 450°F
- Spray baking sheet with cooking spray or cover with parchment paper
- Spoon out ~1.5" balls onto sheet
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned
- Mixture keeps well refrigerated to be baked in small batches.
- Best served hot out of the oven or reheated if you must.
