The fails corresponding to "src/tutorial/README.md:354: warning: unable to resolve reference to 'execution-with-storage-of-the-log' for \ref command" will be solved in pdidev/tutorial#35.

The error \ref data_ref is due to old version of tutorial compare to the new main repository of branch for the developpement of nopdi.

Moreover, the version of tutorial repo, in the main of pd, is two years old.
