Preferred workbench tool

Initial implementation is using Storybook as a UI workbench and component documentation tool.

I had initially been under the impression that most folks were preferring Styleguidist these days, but as I did more research I found that the newer version of Storybook had improved a lot and there seemed to be a lot of active development with it (in that they are working very hard to address some of the complaints that had previous led people to prefer other tooling).

• Catalog
• Roll our own
