Release for ESPlay Micro Hardware

This release is for ESPlay Micro Hardware both with original esplay-launcher and retro-esp32 by @32teeth.

• esplay-retro-emu -> original esplay launcher.
• retro-esp32.fw -> the one with retro-esp32 launcher.

Compiled with esp-idf release/3.3 branch.

Please open an issue if you found a bugs.

This binary release just for esplay-2.0 hardware, but the source added to run on other hardware configuration posibilities, if you build your own custom hardware please build from source.
