At the #116 code-review, we concluded that we don't need to specify ignoring the words dont and doesnt right now, as this can ignore real bugs.

For example, in methods, classes, properties, attributes, etc. such a name will be considered correct, BUT in text, e.g. in doc blocks, it will be considered an error.

Thus, we decided to create an issue to discuss this issue.

So here it is.
