It would make it so much easier to install. Things to figure out

How to solve optional dependencies with setuptools?
How to solve server dependencies; should they also be optional?
How to solve possible clutter of librubiks name when both having pip package and developing?
How to add runeval and runtatin ti PATH on install?
We can move utilities to pelutils (probably after report)
