Cargo as a linker

• Use cargo command as a linker.
  • Or rustc if possible
• The primary benefit of doing so is that we can leverage cross-compilation toolchains of Rust.
  • The toolchains are installed by rustup target add <target>.
  • We do not need to invent the wheel and provide them on our own!
• We can also use LLVM but then need to build it by ourselves...
