Show BRL in the vortex to dropdown

As a vortex user, i should be able to see BRL token in the to dropdown

Todo

• Show BRL along with icon in the to token dropdown
• there should be a deeplink value in the to parameter for BRL
• No quote should be fetched if BRLA is selected in the dropdown along with USDC/T
