Bech32 rendering component

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There are lots of places where it's useful to show Bech32(m) data (position ids, auction ids, ....)

This should be done in a standardized way with something that you can pass an array-like data into and specify the HRP and it handles the encoding / rendering / having a copy button / etc.
