Automate scheduling runs for all channels #338

The scheduler is currently still run on a local workstation. Work to automate these scheduling runs is underway, as discussed here.

Note that such automation should also include checks that the necessary prep functions in the Teamwork Model has already run successfully.

@gantonayde FYI I noticed this whilst checking for any issues re. new support docs. Sounds like what you and Carlo were working on.
