Impacket.ImpactDecoder not found

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to run as 'python wol-e.py' in the same directory
2. Trying to run as './wol-e.py' in the same directory
3. Trying to run the fucking script

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output would be the variables to use for different parts of the tool.

Instead I get told that parts of python that are absolutelythere are missing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0 - Netrunner Linux
