  - Manual ["Manual.pdf" ]
  - Keycard ["Keycard.pdf" ]
  - nGlide Settings ["nglide_config.exe" ]
- non fatal "Not enough available video RAM" error message during map loading
  - Glide, DirectX, no change
  - Silenced by patching PROMPT.TRR
