  • Improves with Syberia_Collectors_Edition_Crack-MVFS.zip (yet it's supposed to be DRM free!), get introduction video, then a gray screen with version ("SYBERIA VERSION 1.0.0") top right corner in white
  • Fixed by installing vcrun6 package
  • Alternative to running using no-cd patch: start task manager, then double-click to give the focus to the game (!)
    • Used nircmd to simulate that
  • The no-cd crack contains Usp10.dll that is a trojan
  • http://www.gog.com/en/forum/syberia_series/linux_playability talks about videos to rename? Also reported in http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=19734, "Finally you need to rename few videos. Otherwise the game will ask for a CD and hang when they are needed" - this could be related to the no-cd crack being significantly different from GOG version
