Urban chaos

  • Tested with Wine 1.5.23
  • Install path Program Files/GOG.com/Urban Chaos/
  • Shortcuts:
    • Manual ["Manual.pdf" ]
    • Urban Chaos ["fallen.exe" ]
  • No mouse in menus (could be normal?)
  • Polygon glitches on the characters
    • Picked all default values (HW accelerated, 1024x768x24bpp display)
    • Does not happen in software rendering, but the geometric approximations of texture mapping are killing
    • Works better with 1.4.1
    • 1.5.10, 1.5.12, 1.5.15: slow? polygons flicker, view jittering
    • 1.5.8, 1.5.9: no flicker, but feels slow
    • 1.5.5, no flicker, a bit slow
    • 1.5.0: fine
  • Exits when restarting a level
