Muted groups are not being counted for the badge number

In Telegram iOS aswell as Telegram X (iOS) the badge number won't show, even though the toggle "Include Muted Chats" is toggled on.

Used the "Reset All Notifications" to reset everything, but it still won't work if the channel is put into mute/disabled.

Further more the label "disabled" is very confusing if all other settings refer to it as muted.
