sass dependency is deprecated #106

I tried to install your package (using "npm install web-caddy --save-dev") when I got a 404 error. Downloading the sass package version 3.13.1 is no longer available (https://github.com/sass/node-sass/releases/download/v3.13.1/win32-x64-57_binding.node). You might want to update to a newer version (e.g. v4.11.0).
