1: AorticFlowWave_orig.m: Use "eval(['mkdir ', val])" instead of "uigetdir" in the loop to avoid popping up a large number of matlab "select folder" dialog boxes.
2: create_pwdb_input_files.m: Move "clear FileName curr_sim_setting commandLine" out of the loop to prevent matlab from repeatedly releasing and opening up variable memory.
