These are the InternalSignatures generated by SigTool. Pronom2020 passes the sequence to SigTools 'ConvertExpressionToXML' and inserts the results into the generated XML. Sigtools also determines the offsets |

Not clearly stated but it is a question for SigTool and how does it determine the offset. |
For at least some of EOF sequences (may be all) these are being flagged as BOF rather then EOF, this is causing some identification errors. Example below.
