django-graphql-auth is not actively maintained

As in the issue PedroBern/django-graphql-auth#111 not yet resolved, we need reconsider using django-graphql-auth

There were suggestions to move away to https://github.com/strawberry-graphql/strawberry-graphql-django
which is active last year.

succeeded transfer the entire account app into strawberry lib. this includes :

• API
• tests

check: #64

remains:

• evaluation API
• communities API
• evaluation tests
• communities tests

but I think it is best to abandon this project and find an alternative.
