First aproximation to SpatialDeltaGLMM

Hi everyone

I changed the path in my system (window) for compile TMB and I have not problem.
Now, I'm trying run SpatialDeltaGLMM for my data, but no understand how transform my data (data.frame) to format Data_Geostat (as says the tutorial).

Can some one help me please.

Hi,

I recommend using package VAST (https://github.com/James-Thorson/VAST/tree/master/examples), which can do the same single-species analyses as SpatialDeltaGLMM. Have you looked at the single-species Rmarkdown tutorial? You just need to get it into the same format (with same headers) as the Data_Geostat object in that example.
