It appears this will only work if the user specifies only one stratum (i.e., Extrapolation_List$a_el has only one column).

• Is that correct for your example?
• Would a good default behavior be to plot the extrapolation-cell if its in any of the strata (i.e., which(rowSums(Extrapolation_List$a_el))>0)?

Ah yes, that's correct for my example. The language is a bit confusing for the NE Shelf since I am inputting multiple strata into a single "stratum". Anyhow, yes I think plotting the extrapolation cell if it is in any of the strata would be a good default behavior.
