Index_Comparision plot suggestion

In the plots, Index_Comparison and Index_Comparison_by_strata, what do the numbers that correspond to each line denote? Is it possible to put the proportion of the total biomass in each strata in the plot someplace? This gives the reader an idea of what trend is represented by most of the stock
