Description

Linked to #127
Option for advanced stratification/grouping and faceting for plots by other variables, eg Analyte, Matrix, Age, Sex , SUBJID etc.

Definition of Done

The requirements for the feature to be complete:

  • Ability for plots to be grouped by multiple variables, any other columns in the dataset.
  • Ability for plots to be faceted by optional variables eg analyte

FYI, this seems like just the kind of thing that the ggtibble library was made for. It allows for lists of plots to be created with consistent formatting and easy definitions of captions and axis labels which may differ between the plots in the list.
