Suggested check:

check for Incomplete start and end date of study drug administration.
The start and end date/time of a dosing are usually considered as critical data in a study.
ADaM specs are created based on the GCP assumption that drug accountabilities have been done properly. i.e. There should not be missing dosing start and end dates for exposure data
