On the below Phaser exmaple, the video fails to load. I am also experiencing the same problem on my project.
The browser is Chrome on Windows

SecurityError: Failed to execute 'texImage2D' on 'WebGLRenderingContext': The video element contains cross-origin data, and may not be loaded.
