In Discord, joethei said: Those synonym errors come from the dictionary plugin, it thinks that ## is a word......

sorry :( I didn't realize I could save them off as text

Steps to reproduce

I was writing in a file with a bunch of headings. Obsidian kept choking and stuttering. When I disabled Dictionary plugin, the behavior went away.

Please disable the automatic synonym suggestion for the time being, you can enable the option in the context menu if you still want to use it.

The API the plugin is using just recently disabled languages other than English, I will disable the options in Obsidian soon.
