Crafting: improve recipe INI format readability

- Lists split into separate keys with incrementing number
- undo and description are optional
- Picture size is removed from INI
- Added fallback for when art_frame_data metarule is unavailable (will look ugly but work)
- [RU] shorten some craftable item names to fit in UI
