More maintainers needed

I'm not satisfied with the pace phpearth/docker-php (and phpearth/alpine) gets updated:

• PHP 7.3.6 #35 (comment)
• php 7.4 gd requires libiconv #36

I would like to became maintainer, so I could use this project results faster and better.

I've been PLD Linux developer since 2004 and being release manager of 2.0 (old stable), released in 2007: https://www.pld-linux.org/ac, I think I qualify :)
