北京市环保局制定的《北京市环境噪声污染防治办法》规定，法定休息日、节假日全天及工作日12时至14时、18时至次日8时，均禁止在已竣工交付使用的居民住宅楼内进行产生噪声的装修施工，违反这一规定的将面临200元至500元的罚款。 ...
