Probably Kinda Works

Instructions:

1. Install App
2. Pair Bluetooth Mindwave Mobile (Code is 0000)
3. Open App
4. Hit Connect
5. Once status says CONNECTED it is publishing the values on port 8080.

If something goes wrong it'll probably crash... (Open up an issue here if it does)
