The map compass gets covered up by UI elements in the top right corner on an iPhone 12 Mini. I accidentally rotate the map and then I don’t know which way up is. I think it might be down.

Hi - thanks for the report! We're aware of this issue. We actually have the map rotation intentionally set to be disabled - however, there was a bug with the map package that we use (rnmapbox) that causes this setting (and some others) to not be respected. Rather than fix the location of the compass - which never should have appeared in the first place - we're going to wait for rnmapbox to be updated with the fix for this, and then will release an app update.
The rnmapbox fix has been merged, but they just haven't released a new package version yet. So we're waiting on that.
