Hey! It's been awhile for me personally since I've delved into upload via Android. Is this the root filesystem app in the first screenshot?

If you want, you could send me the files here or via email and I can upload for you

Hey! Yes, this is the root page in the free version of solid file explorer app you recommended

Should I perhaps use another file explorer app that would let me access the data folder, or is it a configuration problem? And while I do appreciate your offer to upload the files for me, I'd like to learn how to do it myself. And out of curiosity, since it's been a while since you haven't uploaded via android, how do you upload your files?

I think I recall running into this issue with solid explorer, but I don't remember what the solution was... or if I had resolved it at all to begin with. I have, however, found better method, but have not shared what it is openly.

in the upload section of the repo, I have this script: https://github.com/pipeeeeees/waze-voicepack-links/blob/main/upload/main.py|

this script takes advantage of the same API calls the waze app makes to upload mp3 files to the backend. put simply their cloud backend does not require any form of authentication to upload mp3 files (or any files for that matter) to their cloud storage. only simple API calls with certain information and the data encoded in a certain way. once the script is run with mp3 files in the correct location with correct filenames that all fit under the filesize limit, it returns a link for the shareable voice pack in the console. I can go into more detail on how this could be set up if you're interested

now the thing is I don't know if Waze/Google's legal department condones the use of a script like this. that is why I would never condone, suggest, or promote the execution of the script. I do not suggest you run this script. If you did choose to execute the script with a VPN on obfuscating your IP address, I don't think they would notice. Again, I do not condone the use of the script or exploiting their API/cloud solution in ways that may potentially violate laws. that is if the script violates any legal agreement to begin with... I am not a laywer

Alright, I'll look into different file explorers first and if that doesn't work, I think about running this script
