Chatbot not working

The chatbot is no longer working on the website and requires a change in the backend involving it. Plus it is also not responsive enough & the UI needs to be improved. Considering the bugs & enhancement features I would be more than happy if you could assign me this issue under GSSoC24 label of Level 3 as it involves a deep rooted approach & multiple changes.
