BUG: The message needs to get popped out once the email-id is entered in the subscribe section

What happened?

Description:
In the subscribe to our newsletter option in the footer section, once you type the email-id, the message should be popped out that its subscribed. Instead the page gets reloaded and it goes to the top of the page.
