Marco did an amazing work gathering stats on flaky tests in go-libp2p - https://github.com/libp2p/go-libp2p/tree/marco/flaky-test-investigation/flaky-tests

It'd be really cool to build up on this work and provide continuous flaky tests analysis.

Yeah wouldn't be too hard. Maybe a cron GH action that does this? and publishes the final all failures that can be used by a notebook.
