WAB is frozen temporarily when user login with WAB Opened #422

To reproduce:

open WAB without entering your conenct credentials
try to create/compile the app
(it will complain that you need to log in into connect
Login in connect without closing WAB
Click the CReate App again

Nothing happens, and WAB seems to freeze for a while, I needed click the close button several times until it closes the window.
