VersionName doesn't appear on the website Publish Log after UploadVersionRequest? #19

When uploading a set of files I have to provide a UploadVersionRequest first. Does the VersionName property of the UploadVersionRequest appear anywhere on the website after it appears in the Publish Log? I'm not seeing why that property matters.
