Request For Beetle ESP32 C6 Mini Support

I would like to request for Beetle ESP32 C6 Mini board support.

Platformio isn't supporting their users on hardware using Espressif's chips. See #1225 Look in the Pull Requests tab above and you'll see several C6 examples, most of which are essentially identical. I'd suggest patching one of those in as a starting place when building support for your board, then uploading it here for others.

If you change to the pioarduino project, they're more amenable to accepting simple board support.
