Brotli encoding

We are using the play framework to forward requests to our micro services. They can return content with brotli compression but WSClient seems not to support Brotli. Is there any plan to support this?

AHC, which is the implementation WS uses, supports Brotli since v3.

If you provide a PR that

• migrates PlayWS to AHC 3
• adds enablement of brotli if necessary (not sure if e.g. content type or similar stuff needs to be added to PlayWS)
• plus tests

I'm certain that @mkurz will merge it.
