Bug description

When i select NO to "Display delete button", the rule is also applied on changes and problems but the plugin should only impact tickets.

In our case, we wanted to use the escalade to manage the assignment (no for group, user, supplier) and we cannot do it anymore since we activated the changes and problem on our GPLI

Steps To reproduce

1. create a change
2. assign a group and a user
3. activate plugin
4. set NO to "Display delete button" on "assigned to" for User and Group
5. result : we cannot remove a group or a user, only add for assignment.

Your GLPI setup information

all other plugins disabled.
With the same profile (with super-admin), when the plugin is disabled, we can remove assignment again.
