J'ai le même constat.

Configuration :

• GLPI 10.0.17
• Plugin Gestion d'objets 2.14.10

Dans Configuration > Gestion d'objets : Objet créé avec option Assistance + Sous-entités :

Dans Administration > Profils : Profil avec Objet déclaré comme étant associable à un ticket :

Pourtant, lors de la création ou la modification d'un ticket, il n'est pas possible d'ajouter cet objet générique
